The Shark Can't Survive the River
We heard a voice at the other end of the room and it got louder as its source neared out desk. We didn't even have to look up to know it was the boisterous Team PokerStars Pro (Costa Rica) Humberto Brenes, who had recently been eliminated. He quickly explained that his opponent had rivered a straight to send him to the rail, and that was the end of that.
Earlier in the day, we asked Brenes what he liked about this stop. He told us, through the use of a Spanish interpreter: "“The vineyards are very nice, and the people, not only the Chilean people, but the Chilean girls!”
The ever-jovial Costa Rican exited the tournament floor with grace, no doubt going to find something else to do in Vina del Mar to occupy his time
