Marty Mathis, aka TheLipoFund, is sat nursing an 8,000 stack. The young American isn’t thrilled about how his tournament is progressing but seems more than a little pleased with the unwieldy wooden Peruvian idol that he’s using as a card protector. ‘Hey, at least I’m making the table smell of mahogany!’ said Mathis who has some $860,000 tournament winnings to his name online. He's going to need his new idol to start bringing him some cards and/or good situations pretty soon if he's going to repeat his online success here in Lima.
