Beresford Triples in Otherworldly Clash
PokerNews got called over to Table 10 as it appeared there was some big action going on. On arrival, there were over 135,000 chips already in the middle before any community cards were dealt, with Conor Beresford being all in from the small blind for roughly 45,000. Big blind Boris Otel had called and the action was on Duc Quy Nguyen on the button, who elected to do the same.
On the flop Otel moved in for his remaining 36,000 chips and Nguyen let out a big sigh before he called, putting Otel at risk as well. All three holdings were shown to the crowd that had gathered around the table.

Boris Otel:
Duc Quy Nguyen:
Beresford was crushing his competition with the flopped top pair and locked up the triple-up as the turn and river were put out.
Otel won the side pot with his pair of sevens, and miraculously no one busted in what has to be one of the biggest pots of the day.
