Chris Roberts' luck finally ran out and he was eliminated by Joe Ebanks in eighth place.
Jeremy Detamore opened the action preflop and Roberts shoved over the top. Joe Ebanks was next to act. He took a few moments and then shoved all in over Roberts. Detamore folded and Roberts was all in with 
for his tournament life against Ebanks.
Ebanks had and the board kept him ahead. Roberts will finish just behind Donald Groves for the first place spot in the HPO Columbus leaderboard. Groves will win the seat to the HPO Championship Event in June.
