Dustin Cooper made a bet of 11,600 and the action was on Dan Bokesch. Cooper sat silently, his two hands perched on top of his cards, looking directly into the middle of the table with an occasional glance toward his opponent.
Bokesch studied Cooper and after several minutes of contemplation made a reluctant fold.
