Trips Hold Again for Pupillo

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

We picked up the action with a board of {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and Nick Pupillo led for 52,000. Ken Moore moved all in for approximately 200,000 and Pupillo quickly called, tabling {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. Moore needed to find a club for his {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, but it didn't come on the {j-Diamonds} river and Moore was sent to the rail.

Huge Pot for Pupillo

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Nick Pupillo
Nick Pupillo

We just saw the end of the hand, as chips were being pushed to Nick Pupillo, coming from the stack of Ken Moore. The completed board was {3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Pupillo had tabled {6-Spades}{4-Spades}. As it was told to us, the players got it all in on the flop and Moore's pocket jacks didn't catch up, giving Pupillo the huge double.

David Ross opened to 25,000 from middle position and Iverson Cotton Snuffer three-bet to 50,000 from the hijack. Doug Holland four-bet all in from the small blind and Ross got out of the way; Snuffer snap-called and tabled {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}. Holland's pocket tens couldn't catch up as the board ran out {q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{k-Spades}{4-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and he was eliminated in 15th place.

Austin Doubles Pupillo, Takes from Moore

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 500 ante

We picked up the action with a board reading {6-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{a-Spades}{8-Spades} and Ryan Austin was in the tank, facing a bet of 102,000 from Nick Pupillo. Eventually Austin moved all in and was called quickly by Pupillo who had just 74,500 behind.

Austin: {a-Hearts}{4-Spades}

Pupillo: {6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The {9-Hearts} river kept Pupillo's two pair good and he scored the double.

On the next hand, Austin opened to 16,500 from middle position and was called by Pupillo from the cutoff, Patrick Smith from the small blind and Ken Moore from the big blind.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and Smith and Moore checked. Austin bet 28,500, prompting folds back around to Moore who made the call. The {a-Spades} turn brought two checks and the {2-Spades} river brought a check-call from Moore after a bet of 82,000 from Austin. Austin tabled {a-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for top pair and Moore sent his hand to the muck.

Danny Warchol
Danny Warchol

Doug Holland opened to 20,000 from the button and Danny Warchol reraised to 40,000 from the small blind. Holland made the call and the flop came {10-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}. Warchol bet 40,000 and Holland called to see the {4-Hearts} fall on the turn. Warchol continued the pressure with a bet of 125,000.

Holland called, leaving himself with just 67,000 behind. The {3-Hearts} came on the river and Warchol announced he was all in. Holland angrily mucked and Warchol took a big one.
