Markin Applying The Pressure

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

The hand started with Martin Jacobson raising to 35,000 from under the gun. He was called by Stephen Chidwick in the cut off as well as Leonid Markin in the blinds and the three watched the flop come down {3-Spades}{6-Clubs}{8-Hearts}.

Both Markin and Jacobson checked their option prompting Chidwick to lead out for 65,000. The bet only interested Markin as Jacobson got out of the way.

The {q-Hearts} landed on the turn and again Markin check called a bet, this time totalling 125,000 in chips.

Chidwick stared Markin down as the dealer produced the {7-Hearts} on the river. Markin motioned towards his chips and splashed out a bet worth 230,000 in chips. Chidwick then looked at the board and paused for a minute before finally letting go of his hand.
