Seiver Accumulating Chips
Scott Seiver had words with Andreas Samuelsson at the start of the day about his decision time and they recently tangled in a couple of hands.
Seiver raised to 7,000 and Samuelsson called in the big blind. The flop was and Samuelsson check-called a 8,000 bet from Seiver. The turn card was the and Samuelsson checked it over to Seiver who continued for 17,000. Thirty seconds or so went by before Samuelsson let it go.
On the next hand Seiver was under the gun and opened again getting called by Samuelsson in the small blind and the player in the big blind. The flop was and it was checked to Seiver who bet 9,000. Samuelsson it was who made the call and they went heads-up to the turn card . Now both players checked.
The river was the and Samuelsson checked for a final time. Siever eyed him up and splashed out a stack of blue T5000 chips for a bet of a little over 100,000, about half of Samuelsson’s stack. Around two minutes ticked by but there was no sign of Seiver calling the clock. Samuelsson released his hand and a watching player called out, “Nice bluff sir.” “Thank you, thank you.” Seiver grinned in return.
