Kristian passes and Mikael puts out chips intending to call. When the dealer counts them he has put out more than 50% too much so Thomas Kremser rules he must make it up to a minimum raise which is 130,000 more.
As soon as this is done Arnaud moves all in for 677,000 more. After asking for the pot to be spread Mikael makes the call.
