Tous Lays Down Top Pair as Rowe Takes Out Shimizu

Clark Rowe raised to 4,000 in the hijack before David Tous three-bet to 12,000 in the cutoff. Nozomu Shimizu put in his last 17,500 from the big blind and Rowe called.

Rowe led out for 10,000 and Tous called to create a side pot. The turn was the K? and Rowe checked to Tous who bet 30,000. Rowe then raised to 65,000 and Tous folded.
Rowe showed 7?7? for a set, while Shimizu had J?2? and was already drawing dead heading to the Q? river. Tous then admitted he folded ace-king.
