The 3? completed the board and Ruggeri bet 1,200,000. O'Neill called with an unknown second card and Ruggeri tabled his flush. It was good, as O'Neill mucked, and Ruggeri was sent the pot.

Ruggeri fired out 375,000 on the 8? turn and was called. The 2? river gave the Italian two pair and he bet 2,000,000, which folded out O'Neill.

The hand after, Ruggeri had A?J? and opened to 400,000 from the button. Jon Kyte, with K?Q?, called from the big blind.

The Q?9?3? flop checked through to the 10? turn and Kyte led out for 550,000. Ruggeri, with his double-gutter, made it 1,450,000 and was called.

The 7? river saw Kyte check with the best hand. Ruggeri shut his bluff down and Kyte took in the pot.

Both players smashed the Q?7?4? flop, with Ruggeri's top pair behind O'Neill's bottom two. The Italian check-called for 300,000.

On the 10? turn, Ruggeri check-called for 800,000, which brought in the 9? river. A third check came from Ruggeri before O'Neill sized up to 1,800,000.

Ruggeri thought for a few moments before making the call and O'Neill dragged in the 6,400,000 pot.
