Sternheimer checked again and Chidwick tossed out a bet of 12,000, which Sternheimer came along to the 8? river. Sternheimer quickly checked a third time and Chidwick took close to 30 seconds to contemplate his options. Eventually Chidwick tapped the table and the cards were shown.
Sternheimer rolled over J?10? for top pair, but was no good against the Q?Q? for Chidwick to scoop the pot.
