Daniel Dvoress Eliminated In 6th Place (220,800)

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Daniel Dvoress
Daniel Dvoress

The action was picked up in a heads-up pot with just over 500,000 in the middle on a completed board showing 7?3?2?8?2?. Daniel Dvoress bet out 650,000 in the small blind, leaving a single 5,000-chip behind. Mikita Badziakouski quickly announced all in from the big blind and Dvoress snap-folded his cards.

Two hands later, Dvoress moved in for his last 5,000 and both Ben Heath and Steve O'Dwyer played from the blinds. The flop came A?10?4? and action checked to the J? turn. Heath led out for the minimum and O'Dwyer called.

The K? completed the board and both players checked to a showdown. Heath showed J?7? and Dvoress tabled K?8? but was no good against the A?6? for O'Dwyer who took the pot. Dvoress was eliminated and would have to settle for the sixth place payday of 220,800.

Roman Samoylov Eliminated in 7th Place (184,000)

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Roman Samoylov
Roman Samoylov

Roman Samoylov has been eliminated from the field in two back-to-back hands.

In the first hand, he opened to 100,000 from the hijack and Mikita Badziakouski made the call from the big blind. A 5?8?5? flop was dealt and Badziakouski led out for 70,000. Samoylov made the call. The turn was the 9? and this time Badziakouski bet 110,000. Again, Samoylov called.

The 10? river then fell and Badziakouski remained the aggressor, with a bet of 100,000. Samoylov put out a raise to 400,000, but Badziakouski was not stopping and three-bet the Israeli all-in.

With 270,000 chips behind, Samoylov laid his hand down.

On the very next hand, he put all of those chips in the middle when he went all-in from under the gun. Daniel Dvoress rejammed 470,000 from the cutoff and the rest of the table folded.

Roman Samoylov: Q?10?
Daniel Dvoress: K?J?

Samoylov flopped two pair on A?Q?10?, but let out a big sigh once he realized that it meant that his opponent had flopped a straight. The board did not pair on the 3?9? runout and Samoylov received some ''good games'' from his opponents before he left the table.

Heath Doubles In Huge Pot

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Ben Heath
Ben Heath

Steve O'Dwyer raised from under the gun to 90,000. Ben Heath was in the big blind and paid the 50,000 extra chips to see the flop.

It came down J?A?6? and Heath check-called a 120,000 continuation-bet from O'Dwyer. He did the same on the A? turn, when O'Dwyer upped the ante to 320,000.

Heath then checked for a third time on the 3? river, after which O'Dwyer announced ''all-in''. Heath had 575,000 chips behind and was in the tank for a little bit. Eventually, he called it off and was elated when O'Dwyer showed Q?9? for the failed bluff.

Heath had A?10? for trip aces and doubled up. He now plays around the same stack as O'Dwyer, while Mikita Badziakouski regained the chip lead.

Level 25 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Igor Yaroshevskyy
Igor Yaroshevskyy

Igor Yaroshevskyy moved all in for 320,000 from the hijack and Enrico Camosci shoved over the top for just slightly more on the button. The rest of the table got out of the way and the cards were on their backs.

Igor Yaroshevskyy: K?J?
Enrico Camosci: Q?Q?

The flop came A?10?2? to give Yaroshevskyy a couple more outs, but when the rest of the board ran out 7?2?, it was the queens that held up to send Yaroshevskyy to the payout desk in eighth place.

O'Dwyer Creeping Closer to the Lead

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Steve O'Dwyer
Steve O'Dwyer

Chip leader Mikita Badziakouski raised to 60,000 from the hijack and received calls from Steve O'Dwyer on the button and Roman Samoylov in the small blind.

The trio saw a flop of 9?5?A?, which got checked to O'Dwyer. He put forth a bet of 60,000 and Samoylov got out of the way. With the action back on Badziakouski, he grabbed more chips than O'Dwyer had put in the middle and made a raise to 180,000. O'Dwyer made the call and the big stacks had officially gone to war.

The war was short-lived, however, as when the A? turn was dealt, Badziakouski check-folded to O'Dwyer's 180,000 bet. The two are now playing very close stacks, while the rest of the table still trails them.

Dominykas Mikolaitis Eliminated in 9th place (124,650)

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Dominykas Mikolaitis
Dominykas Mikolaitis

While the all-in and a call was happening on the other table, Dominykas Mikolaitis and Steve O'Dwyer once again got all of their chips into the middle as well. They were playing a relatively small pot until the board was completed as 5?J?9?Q?7?.

Mikolaitis had 740,000 behind and was covered by O'Dwyer. All of that went into the pot and the players had a showdown.

Mikolaitis showed 6?5? for a rivered flush, but O'Dwyer had him beat with K?2? for a better flush.

Because Chauskin and Mikolaitis busted on the same hand, they split the difference between 10th and 9th place money, each taking home 124,650.

With that, the final table of eight players has now been reached.

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Natan Chauskin
Natan Chauskin

Daniel Dvoress open-raised from the button before Natan Chauskin three-bet jammed his 530,000 stack in the middle from the big blind. Dvoress quickly made the call with the covering stack and, after waiting for the other table to finish their hand, the cards were tabled.

Natan Chauskin: J?J?
Daniel Dvoress: A?Q?

Dvoress flopped two pair on the Q?K?A? flop, and Chausking had zero percent when Dvoress upgraded to a full house on the A? turn. The river K? was a formality and Chauskin shook hands with his opponent before he left the tournament area.

Nacho Barbero
Nacho Barbero

Nacho Barbero opened to 50,000 from the cutoff and Ben Heath moved all in from the big blind with a bigger stack. Barbero snap-called for his tournament life and the cards were on their backs.

Nacho Barbero: A?A?
Ben Heath: J?9?

Barbero found the best hand in poker and looked good for a double up, but when the board ran out 10?8?6?10?5?, it was the turned flush for Heath that scored the pot to send Barbero to the exit in 11th place.

Adrian Mateos Eliminated in 12th Place (100,800)

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

Adrean Mateos was in the big blind and was involved in a pot with Mikita Badziakouski in the cutoff. There were a modest 185,000 chips in the middle when the pair checked through the turn on 7?10?5?3?.

The river was the 2? and Mateos led for 110,000. Badzioukaski then put the Spaniard all-in, for 375,000 total. Mateos had an agonizing decision to make. He spent a few time bank extensions before ultimately slamming in his chips.

Badziakouski then immediately showed A?4? for the rivered wheel. Mateos was not close to beating that, as he only made a pair of fives with 9?5?.

Mateos was eliminated and Badziakouski now hoards roughly a quarter of the chips in play.

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Tomas Jozonis
Tomas Jozonis

Roman Samoylov open-raised to 45,000 before Tomas Jozonis put his final 120,000 chips in. The action folded back to Samoylov, who immediately said ''Good luck,'' and called.

Tomas Jozonis: 10?10?
Roman Samoylov: A?9?

A sweaty flop emerged as the 10?8?J? gave Jozonis a set of tens, but Samoylov still had a plethora of outs with an open ender and a flush draw.

The 3? did not change anything, but the 6? made Samoylov the nut flush. Jozonis said his goodbyes to the table and was the first player to collect a six-figure score from his high roller endeavor.
