Adams Finds A Set On The Flop
Once again, Hassan Nashar opened from under the gun to 5,000 without looking at his cards. In the cutoff, Timothy Adams called, but Nacho Barbero on the button three-bet to 25,000. Nashar called, as well as Adams.
On the flop 3?5?2?, Nashar took the lead, betting 29,000. Adams called, but Barbero folded.
The K? came on the turn, and Nashar quickly fired a second barrel of 57,000. Once again, Adams made the call to find the 10? on the river, where he moved all in.
Nashar, who checked, went into the tank. "I only saw one card," he said. He took his second card, looked at it, and snap-called.
Hassan Nashar: K?Q?
Timothy Adams: 2?2?
Nashar discovered a good kicker with his king, but it wasn't enough against Adams' flopped set. With approximately 80,000 chips, Nashar was covered and was eliminated.
