Watson Can't Shake Ponakovs in a Four-Way Pot

Level 1 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Jorryt van Hoof opened to 2,500 from under the gun and was called by Kent Staahle and Aleksejs Ponakovs. Mike Watson re-raised to 20,000 in the small blind and all three players called as they headed to a flop of {7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}.

Watson continued with a bet of 22,000 which got Van Hoof and Staahle to lay their hands down. However, Ponakovs stuck around and the {10-Diamonds} landed on the turn. Watson checked this time and Ponakovs threw in a bet of 53,000. Watson was forced to fold and Ponakovs flashed the {9-Hearts} as he collected the pot.
