Kulev Loses Two Small Pots

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Adrian Mateos raised to 4,500 from under the gun and Alex Kulev defended from the big blind. The flop came {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Kulev check-called a bet of 3,000 from Mateos.

The turn brought the {5-Hearts} and Kulev checked again. Mateos fired out a bet of 13,000 this time and Kulev let his hand go.

A couple of hands later, Kulev raised to 4,500 on the button. Philip Sternheimer three-bet to 21,500 from the big blind and Kulev was forced to dump his cards again.
