Sternheimer and Pardo Keep Up the Aggression

Level 16 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Philip Sternheimer raised to 60,000 in the hijack and Sam Greenwood called from the big blind. The flop came {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and Greenwood check-called a bet of 50,000 from Sternheimer.

The turn brought the {q-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {6-Hearts} on the river. Sternheimer counted out another bet of 205,000 and Greenwood finally laid his hand down.

A couple of hands later, Daniel Dvoress made it 70,000 on the button and Juan Pardo re-raised to 295,000 in the small blind. Dvoress opted to peel and the flop came {9-Spades}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. Pardo led out with a bet of 380,000 and Dvoress quickly mucked his hand.
