Jorstad Brings the Field Down to One Table

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Espen Jorstad raised it up from under the gun and Bruno Volkmann three-bet from the cutoff. Jorstad responded with a four-bet shove and Volkmann quickly called off the last of his 175,000 chips.

Bruno Volkmann: {a-}{k-}
Espen Jorstad: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The board ran out {5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and Jorstad spiked a queen on the river to eliminate Volkmann.

On the next hand, Sam Grafton moved all in for 27,000 from under the gun with {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and was called by Jorstad in the big blind with {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}.

Grafton was unable to find any help on the {a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{q-Hearts} runout which brought the field down to nine players and the unofficial final table.

O'Dwyer Doubles Through Conan

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Espen Jorstad opened to 16,000 from the hijack and Steve O'Dwyer moved all in for 115,000 in the cutoff. Arthur Conan rejammed in the big blind, and Jorstad folded.

Steve O'Dwyer: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Arthur Conan: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

The {j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop kept Conan ahead, but the {a-Clubs} hit the felt on the turn, and the {a-Spades} completed the board to give O'Dwyer the double.

A Double, A Shove, and a Knockout from Heath

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

The action folded to Ben Heath in the small blind who moved all in for his last 72,000. Daniel Dvoress asked for a count from the big blind and called.

Heath turned over {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and was flipping against the {j-Spades}{10-Spades} of Dvoress. The board ran out {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} to give Heath a double-up with a set of fours.

On the next hand, Corel Theuma opened to 18,000 and Heath shipped all in for around 150,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Theuma followed suit.

Following that, Orpen Kisacikoglu raised to 16,000 and Heath shoved all in again for 190,000. Dvoress stuck in the last of his 42,000 on the button and Kisacikoglu got out of the way.

It was another flip with Dvoress showing {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Heath holding the over cards {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} this time. The flop of {q-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs} left Dvoress drawing to just one out and the {3-Spades} on the turn nor the {q-Diamonds} on the river was any help.

[Removed:397] Eliminated by Greenwood

Level 13 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

[Removed:397] limped in under the gun, Orpen Kisacikoglu limped the small blind, and Sam Greenwood raised to 37,000 in the big blind. [Removed:397] deliberated and used a time bank before moving all in for roughly 110,000. Kisacikoglu folded and Greenwood called.

[Removed:397]: {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
Sam Greenwood: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

[Removed:397] needed to improve his ducks to survive, and although the {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} flop and {10-Spades} turn provided chop outs, the {9-Spades} completed the board to eliminate him, while Greenwood collected the pot.

Greenwood Shows One

Level 12 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Sam Greenwood raised to 13,000 in early position and Corel Theuma defended from the big blind. The flop came {j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Theuma check-called a bet from Greenwood.

The turn brought the {k-Hearts} and Theuma quickly checked again. Greenwood sized up a bet of 55,000 this time and Theuma laid down a pair of jacks.

"I'll show you some respect this time," Theuma said to Greenwood.

Greenwood then slid his cards into the middle of the table and let Theuma choose one of them. He flipped over the {9-Spades} which sparked a reaction from the rest of the table.

"It could've been the king of spades," Greenwood noted. "Or the ace of spades."

Timothy Adams moved all in for 34,000 on the button and Orpen Kisacikoglu called in the big blind.

Timothy Adams: {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Orpen Kisacikoglu: {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The {j-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop left Adams in rough shape, and the {8-Spades} and {3-Hearts} completed the board to confirm his elimination.

Kisacikoglu Flips Hecklen to the Rail

Level 12 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Henrik Hecklen
Henrik Hecklen

Orpen Kisacikoglu opened to 12,000 in middle position and Henrik Hecklen shoved all in for 58,000 in the small blind. Kisacikoglu instantly called and the cards were tabled.

Henrik Hecklen: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}
Orpen Kisacikoglu: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}

The flop came {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Hecklen picked up a flush draw to go with his two over cards. However, the {5-Diamonds} on the turn and the {4-Clubs} on the river provided no help and Hecklen was eliminated.
