Rodrigo Sirichuk Eliminated in 7th Place (13,160)

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Rodrigo Sirichuk
Rodrigo Sirichuk

Rodrigo Sirichuk shipped all in for 485,000 in early position and the action folded to Henrik Hecklen in the big blind who made the call.

"Let's see if I can lose three in a row," Hecklen said referring to the amount of bounty tickets he could have won.

Rodrigo Sirichuk: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Henrik Hecklen: {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

The flop of {9-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts} boded well for Sirichuk who was still in the lead with his ace-high. The {7-Diamonds} on the turn got a chuckle from the rest of the table but it was the {k-Diamonds} on the river that left Hecklen as the last one laughing. This bounty ticket resulted in a pay jump for the rest of the table and a 10,000 bounty for Hecklen.

Pardo Scoops Both of the Top Bounties

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

During the last break, Juan Pardo had another mystery bounty ticket waiting to be redeemed and he took another pull from the treasure chest. A roar of excitement was heard in the room as Pardo claimed his second 50,000 bounty prize of the tournament. That's a total of 100,000 in bounties for the Spanish poker pro and he is still sitting on roughly an average stack with seven players remaining.

Heyyy, Another Double Up!

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Henrik Hecklen raised to 750,000 from the cutoff, enough to put all of the players behind him at risk. Erik Seidel called off his stack of 315,000 on the button and the blinds folded.

Erik Seidel: {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Henrik Hecklen: {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

The flop came {9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Hecklen took the lead with a pair of nines. The {2-Clubs} on the turn was a brick but the {q-Spades} hit the river and Seidel banged off yet another double-up.

Garagnani Hits Turn to Double Through Volkmann

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Bruno Volkmann opened to 100,000 in the cutoff and Pedro Garagnani shoved all in for 220,000 on the button. Action folded back to Volkmann who called.

Pedro Garagnani: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Bruno Volkmann: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

The {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop gave Volkmann top set, but the {5-Hearts} turn put Garagnani ahead with a flush, and the board failed to pair on the {10-Clubs} river to confirm Garagnani's double.

Wakil Climbs All the Way Back

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Bruno Volkmann raised to 100,000 on the button and Pedro Garagnani ripped all in for just over 600,000 in the small blind. Jamil Wakil used up two of his time banks before calling off his 410,000 in the big blind. Volkmann quickly folded and the remaining two hands were tabled.

Jamil Wakil: {a-Spades}{10-Spades}
Pedro Garagnani: {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

The flop came {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Wakil picked up a pair of tens to take the lead. The {3-Diamonds} and {q-Hearts} runout changed nothing as Wakil doubled up once again.

Wakil is Down but Not Out

Level 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jamil Wakil opened to 80,000 on the button and Henrik Hecklen three-bet shoved all in for 680,000 in the small blind. Wakil asked for a rough count and then made the call.

Henrik Hecklen: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Jamil Wakil: {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Hecklen made the best hand with a full house to double up.

Just before the break Wakil got the last of his 200,000 chips in the middle and was called by Bruno Volkmann in the big blind. Wakil tabled {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} and was in a great position against the {j-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} of Volkmann. It was a clean runout for Wakil who managed to stay alive.

Seidel Loses One and Wins One

Level 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jamil Wakil opened to 80,000 in the hijack and Erik Seidel jammed for 495,000 on the button. Rodrigo Sirichuk moved in his 275,000 chips from the small blind, and Wakil deliberated but folded.

Rodrigo Sirichuk: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Erik Seidel: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

Seidel was pipped, and the board ran out {9-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{k-Spades} to confirm Sirichuk's double.

Soon after, Seidel got his 220,000 chips in and was at risk against Henrik Hecklen. Seidel held {8-Spades}{8-Hearts} against Hecklen's {k-Clubs}{j-Spades}, and the board ran out without any help to Hecklen as Seidel doubled back up.
