Konopelko Celebrates Too Early
Fidan Zahiti mixed it up with a limp from under the gun and Andrei Konopelko, left short after the earlier clash with Lyudmil Ivanov, shipped his last 595,000 in the middle.
Ivanov wanted to finish what he'd begun earlier and called from the small blind but snap-folded when Zahiti came over the top all in.

"One time!" the aminated Zahiti yelled among other words in his native language. The flop was the low one he needed, but the on the turn gave Konopelko a massive lead in the hand.
Konopelko roared when the turn fell, pumping and shaking both of his fists in excitement. Zahiti let out a sigh in disappointment but bolted out of his seat when the on the river brought him one of the two remaining outs.
Ecstatic, he pumped his fist in celebration and a loud "come on" echoed throughout the room. Needless to say, Konopelko's spirit was crushed and, with a sullen look on his face, he darted out of the tournament room.
