Day 2 of the 2019 PokerStars EPT Prague 1,100 EPT National is set to get underway shortly, marking the first time the tournament field will play together under one roof inside the Hilton Prague. Three starting flights generated 2,452 entries over the last two days, and the number returning players for Day 2 has been culled to 367.

All of those 367 returning players advanced after playing down to 15 percent of their respective fields, and will officially be in the money when play resumes as a result. Day 1c chip leader Pierre Calamusa (900,000) enters the day with four-and-a-half times the average stack of roughly 200,000, with Day 1b chip leader Gediminas Uselis (768,000) next in the counts. Gabriele Guerrini (702,000), Dan Serban Borlan (682,000), and Paul van Oort (629,000) round out the top five.

However, plenty of strong competitors remain in the field. Day 1a chip leader Andrew Hulme (551,000), Viktor Blom (460,000), Jose Quintas (432,000), Rifat Palevic (322,000), and Anatolii Zyrin (238,000) are just a few above-average stacks with their sights still set on more as the day looks to progress through the 10-plus levels on today's schedule.

Cards will fly at noon local time with play resuming at Day 1as stopping point of 4:18 remaining in Level 17 (3,000/6,000/6,000) due to it being the earliest finishing time of the three. Players will enjoy a bump up to 60-minute levels upon the beginning of Level 18 after playing Day 1 flights that lasted either 20 or 40 minutes in length, and breaks will occur at the completion of every two levels. A 75-minute dinner break is scheduled for the end of Level 23.

Payout information is expected to be released in the near future and will be provided upon its official announcement. The PokerNews live reporting team will be around all day providing updates as the action unfolds. Dont go anywhere.
