Mezei Applies the Pressure

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

Ory Weihs opened to 300 in the cutoff and was three-bet to 1,100 by Tzur Levy, who was on the button. Antal Mezei then cold four-bet to 3,500 from the small blind.

"Thank you for making it easy for me," said Weihs with a smile as he folded. Levy thought for a bit and called, taking action heads up to a flop of {6-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. Mezei put out a continuation-bet of 3,000 and Levy called.

The turn came {q-Diamonds}. Mezei thought for about a minute and then announced a bet of 8,000. Levy, faced with a decision for a good portion of his stack, went into the tank for about 90 seconds. He decided to let his hand go and wait for a better spot, resulting in Mezei's turn bet earning him the pot.
