It took only two hands, but Georgios Kitsios has wrestled the chip lead away from Charlie Carrel. Kitsios managed to put a dent in Carrel's stack when he turned the nut flush and Carrel made trips on the river.
Just a couple of hands later, Carrel raised to 35,000 on the button and Kitsios defended from the big blind. The flop came and Kitsios checked to Carrel who continued for 22,000. Kitsios check-raised to 68,000 and Carrel called.
The turn was the and both players checked to the on the river. Kitsios announced a bet of 200,000 and Carrel said things suddenly got "weird".
Carrel was forced to use his first time bank of the tournament. "You finally got me," he said.
"I want them all," Kitsios responded.
After about a minute, Carrel splashed in a call. Kitsios turned over for two pair and Carrel sent his cards to the muck, relinquishing the chip lead for the first time in quite awhile.
