Kaverman Doubles

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

Amit Makhija raised from the button and small blind Byron Kaverman three-bet to 2,400. Makhija called, and called the 1,800 bet on {K-Spades}{5-Clubs}{8-Hearts} as well.

The {J-Hearts} fell on the turn and Kaverman checked. Makhija took this opportunity to bet and slid 4,200 forward. Kaverman called.

Kaverman checked again on the {8-Diamonds} river and Makhija announced all in while tossing in some purple 5,000-chips. Kaverman tanked for some time before eventually tossing in some chips to indicate he was calling.

Makhija turned over {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and the pot was shipped to Kaverman who tabled {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}. Makhija counted out 16,350 and was left with 17,300 himself.
