Gregorio Makes Hero Call in Monster Pot, Runs Into a Rivered Set
Bart Kuiper opened the hijack with a raise to 3,600 and the cutoff called. Pasquale Gregorio on the button squeezed to 10,400 and Pawel Brzeski in the small blind cold four bet to 26,500. Both Kuiper and the cutoff folded, Gregorio on the button called.
The flop came and Brzeski fired a bet of 16,000. Gregorio called in position. The same thing happened on the turn; Brzeski bet 23,000 and Gregorio called.
The completed the board and Brzeski moved all in for his last 54,800. Gregorio tanked long and hard but couldn't make up his mind at first it seemed.
