Ivanov Doubles Through de Melo

The board read 
when we found Russia's Dmitry Ivanov and Fatima Moreira de Melo engaged in heads up action. With a sizable pot already built, Ivanov checked over to de Melo who bet 33,500. Ivanov thought for a moment before sliding out a call.
