Congrats to David Dayan, Winner of the �5,000 NL Turbo
According to PokerStars, David Dayan has got a lucrative habit on the go �C winning the EPT Grand Final �5k NL Turbo event. Dayan took down this the tournament for �84,400 just a year after winning the same event in Season 9 for �64,600. Dayan already has nearly �300,000 in live tournament winnings and four of his six recorded live cashes are wins, including the LAPT Sao Paolo High Roller and a $1,000 side event at LAPT Punta del Este.
There were 58 entrants in this year's tournament, and most of the tables looked more like Day 1 of the Super High Roller than a �5K, with players such as Ole Schemion, Jonathan Duhamel, Chistoph Vogelsang and Paul Newey all taking part. As it turns out, none of the Super High Roller players cashed, but Dayan still faced a tough final table, up against the likes of EPT Prague runner-up Georgios Sotiropoulos, Full Tilt Poker Ambassador Jonathan Karamalikis, EPT regular Yann Dion, Aussie Millions champ Ami Barer and EPT Grand Final winner Nicolas Chouity. The prize pool was �281,300 divvied up amongst the eight finalists.
