Bubble Bluff

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

The board read {7-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Hearts}{a-Clubs} and Martin Finger made a bet of 130,000 which was about a pot sized bet. Byron Kaverman went deep in the tank. If he made the call it would be for most, but not all of his stack. There had been an all-in and a call on a different table and as they were hand for hand there was no question about him stalling for time.

Still the minute ticked by and eventually Finger called the clock on him. With five seconds to go Kaverman released his hand.

Finger showed the assembled crowd his {6-Hearts}{2-Spades} stone cold bluff much to the appreciation of Scott Seiver. Kaverman didnt look too happy about it though.
