Kitai Claws Some Back

David Kitai opened to 250,000 with {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Andrew Chen made the all with {A-Spades}{9-Hearts} and the dealer got busy dealing the {k-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop. Chen decided to lead out with a 425,000 bet and Kitai was going nowhere with his flush draw and the Belgian made the call.

The turn brought the {A-Hearts} into play and Chen bet again, making it 675,000 to play and Kitai made the call again. The flush hit on the river when the {2-Diamonds} arrived and Chen fired another barrel and bet 1,400,000 and Kitai quickly called and scooped the pot.

Davidi Kitai checked the {Q-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop holding the {K-Hearts}{10-Spades} for an open-ended straight draw. Andrew Chen held the {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and fired 295,000. Kitai opted to check-raise and made it 700,000 to go. Chen made the call.

The turn card was the {5-Hearts} and Kitai fired a seven-figure bet of 1.15 million. Chen stayed right with him having picked up the nut flush draw and made the call.

The river card was the {4-Clubs} and Kitai stuck to his guns, betting 2.3 million in an attempt to take this pot down. Chen saw right through the bluff and fired all in for 10.545 million. Kitai quickly mucked and Chen won the pot.

The EPT Berlin 10,000 High Roller is down to four players. Tobias Reinkemeier finished in fifth place for 46,200 and the remaining four players are guaranteed 62,700. According to the news from Twitter, Chris Moorman busted Reinkemeier with {A-}{10-} versus pocket jacks in a big, 500,000-chip pot.

The current level is 3,000/6,000/1,000 . When we just checked in, we saw the following hands go down.

Action folded to Marvin Rettenmaier in the small blind and he completed the bet. Moorman checked his option in the big blind and the flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. Both checked through to see the {3-Hearts} pair the board on the turn. Rettenmaier bet 7,000 and Moorman raised to 21,000. Rettenmaier called.

The {Q-Clubs} double-paired the board on the river and Rettenmaier checked. Moorman bet 36,000 and Rettenmaier tank-called. Moorman showed the {K-Hearts}{3-Spades} for a full house and Rettenmaier mucked his hand.

On the next hand, Rettenmaier raised to 13,000 from the button and Moorman three-bet to 32,000. David Peters folded from the big blind and then Rettenmaier also tossed his hand into the muck.

Following that hand, here are the updated results and chip counts:
