Carlsson Surrenders As Stacks Get Even

Liv Boeree raised preflop to 550,000 from the button and Jakob Carlsson came in with a 3-bet to 1,400,000 out of the big blind.

Boeree called but the bone-dry flop of {K-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} went check-check. Carlsson checked the {J-Spades} turn too and Boeree bet 1,400,000. Carlsson folded without much thought.

The stacks are all fairly even now.

Pettersson Turns Up the Aggression

Toni Pettersson min-raised to 500,000 from the button. You know things are getting very serious indeed when half a mil constitutes a min-raise. But we digress. In the small blind, Jakob Carlsson made it 1.4 million to go. Liv Boeree quickly got out of the way, but after a moment of giving Carlsson a puzzled stare, Pettersson made the call.

They saw a {4-Clubs} {7-Spades} {A-Clubs} flop and Carlsson bet out 1.3 million. Pettersson raised to 3 million, and Carlsson had folded before the chips were even across the line.

Pettersson three-bet Carlsson off the next hand as well. It really is anyone's game now.

Back to Three-Handed Action

We're back with another level of poker. This one's off the structure sheet, so it's an impromptu 125,000/250,000 level, and the ante will cost you an orange T25,000 every hand.

Don't forget to scope out the PokerStars TV Live Feed over here.

Level: 33

Blinds: 125,000/250,000

Ante: 25,000

Chippies

We'll try to get some more accurate counts when the break hits, but here are some close approximations for now:

Carlsson - 17,000,000
Boeree - 10,600,000
Pettersson - 9,600,000

Boeree All In Again

Liv Boeree opened with a button raise, and Jakob Carlsson three-bet her from the big blind. Boeree then moved all in for about 5.2 million total, and Carlsson made the call to put her to the test.

Showdown
Boeree: {A-Clubs} {K-Spades}
Carlsson: {A-Hearts} {3-Spades}

"King, please," Liv tried to sweet talk the dealer. And it worked. The board ran down {J-Hearts} {5-Spades} {10-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {K-Clubs}, and that's good enough to earn the lady a big double up. She's back to about 10.6 million now, while Carlsson slips back to around 17 million.

Get The Jakobs On

Carlsson
Carlsson
It's all Jakob Carlsson at the moment, he raised preflop and took down a pot against Toni Pettersson with a 575,000 bet on the {8-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {6-Spades} board.

Next hand he raised again and Liv Boeree made the call. Both checked the {K-Clubs} {2-Clubs} {10-Clubs} flop before Boeree bet out 550,000 on the {9-Hearts} turn. Carlsson called and the {2-Diamonds} river was checked down.

Boeree, "Not got much..."

Carlsson showed {10-?} {4-?} to scoop another pot.
