Dario Nittolo opened to 5,400 from late position, and Rui Cao came along with him for a heads-up flop. It came down , and both men would check there, as well as on the turn. On the river, the drew one more check from Nittolo. With less tan 15,000 in the pot, Cao stuck in a big overbet of 40,000.
The move took Nittolo aback as he removed his overly large sunglasses and sunk into his chair. The call would represent more than one third of his stack, and after about a minute of debate, he committed the chips. Cao immediately mucked, and Nittolo showed to take that nice pot.
Cao is back down to just about 200,000 after that slip-up.
