After a few flopless hands, Carter Phillips raised his button to 210,000 and both Marc Goodwin and Santiago Terrazas called.

It checked around to Phillips, who now continuation bet 375,000. Goodwin flatted, but Terrazas now announced raise -- and pushed his 1.8 million stack into the middle. Phillips got out of the way -- but Goodwin wanted to know how much. After a moment, he pointed at Terrazas. "Call the clock!" he ordered. Then he called.
