Immediately after returning from the dinner break, action folded to Steve Wilkie on the button and he opened to 5,500. Ben Keeline re-jammed for 51,500 in the small blind and Wilkie called after Rich Dixon folded ace-queen in the big blind.

The case queen was nowhere to be found as the board ran out and Keeline's queens were trampled by Wilkie's cowboys as a result.

In the meantime, Vincent Griboski, Dan Mingus and Kane Lai were eliminated prior to the break, the latter of which was knocked out with ace-seven to the pocket jacks of Ben Keeline. Sixteen players now remain from 38 entries.
Jason Welch raised to 3,100 under the gun and received calls from Dan Mingus in the cutoff, Sherman Wu in the small blind, and Vincent Griboski in the big blind. All four players checked .
The turn came and Wu checked again. Griboski bet 9,000 and Welch called, with Mingus and Wu folding behind to take action to the river . Griboski checked and Welch bet 8,000, which Griboski called.
Welch showed for the rivered full house, with Griboski showing a second-best flopped flush .
"You probably weren't going anywhere, were you?" asked Griboski after the hand. Welch confirmed he was not after having flopped the set.
"So I probably saved my tournament life playing it that way," Griboski added.
Al Hart opened in the hijack and saw Michael Giardina three-bet jam for around 20,000 on the button. Hart called.

Hart's hooks held through the runout and he scored the pot and the knockout, bringing him over 200,000 in the process. Moments later, Jay Jesse was also eliminated while both Giardina and John Beauprez re-entered, bringing the field up to 37 entries with 18 players currently remaining.
Jason Welch saw action fold to him on the button and limped. Steve Wilkie completed his small blind and Josh Saltz checked his option in the big blind, taking action three ways to a flop of .

Saltz connected with the turn , hitting a straight and leaving Wilkie in need of finding one of the three remaining tens in the deck to chop and stay alive. Instead, the river completed the runout to earn Saltz the pot and the knockout.
Moments later, Aaron Frei was also eliminated while Salim Wahdan also was knocked out with his stack seen being shipped to Al Hart.
As time expired in the previous level, John Beauprez was seen making his way from the tournament area after having been eliminated from the tournament by Michael Giardina. According to the table, Beauprez was down to 11,900 and re-jammed on the button over an open, only to see Michael Giardina re-jam in the small blind to isolate.
