Van Sanford Sent To Re-Enter

Thad McNulty was in the small blind and was in the process of calling a preflop-open from Ryan Van Sanford, who was across the table in middle position. With action heads up, the flop came and McNulty checked. Sanford made a continuation-bet of 1,600 and McNulty called.
The turn came and McNulty checked again. Van Sanford announced he was all in, putting forward his remaining 9,000. McNulty immediately announced a call and flipped over the nuts.

Van Sanford had shoved after turning two pair but the same turn gave McNulty Broadway. Van Sanford needed an ace or a jack to double and he failed to find either on the river , resulting in his remaining chips being sent over to McNulty.
Van Sanford wasted no time heading to re-enter, and is next in line to rejoin the tournament with a fresh stack of 25,000.
