Marsh and Foxen Build Stack

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Luke Marsh raised and called a three-bet to 1,600 by the player in the cutoff to go heads up to a {6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop, which brought no betting action. On the {3-Hearts} turn, Marsh checked and called a bet of 2,300 before leading the {Q-Hearts} river for 5,500. His opponent folded and the Brit claimed the pot.

One table over, Alex Foxen was involved in a bigger pot. By the time the board had completed and showed {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Clubs}, Foxen bet 6,000 into 11,200 and engaged in table chat with his sole remaining opponent. Foxen promised to show at least one card and earned the fold soon after, flashing the {J-Spades}.

"You can feel good about the fold," Foxen added and then asked whether or not his opponent had pocket eights.
