Ben Lamb has left little doubt who the table captain is for pretty much the entire day and continues to dominate the action on the final table to pull away further at the top.
Wayne Yap raised to 34,000 and Lamb three-bet from one seat over in the cutoff for 110,000 to force a fold.
Jan-Eric Schwippert made it 40,000 to go from under the gun and Lamb defended the big blind. On the flop, Lamb checked and called a bet of 30,000 before the duo checked through the
turn. On the
river, Lamb bet 80,000 and Schwippert called to get shown
as winning hand.
Yap limped the button the very next hand and Lamb filled up from the small blind, Schwippert checked in the big blind. The flop came and Lamb bet 28,000, which was called by Yap only. On the
turn Lamb bet 85,000 and Yap had a decision to make. While starting at the board and Lamb on and off, Lamb's stare was fixated on his opponent only, and soon after he would rake in the pot after Yap gave up the resistance.

Salter, who was receiving a massage, had his eyes closed. After a while, Lamb reached forward and knocked his stack so that the chips cascaded out. Still, Salter sat with his eyes closed.
Eventually, they opened and he apologised before settling in to count out his remaining stack and assess his options. Eventually, he folded and Lamb scooped a big pot to extend his chip lead.

Jan-Eric Schwippert raised to 36,000 and Roger Teska defended his big blind before checking the flop. Schwippert continued for 36,000 and Teska check-raised all in for what appeared to be 180,000. Schwippert's call by tossing in a single chip followed in just a second to create the following showdown:
Roger Teska:
Jan-Eric Schwippert:
Once Teska spotted the over pair of Schwippert, he could all but shrug with his shoulders and sigh. There was no help on the turn and the
river and Teska exited in 6th place to record his first live cash outside of the United States and the PCA for A$123,120 (~$99,727).
