Shklover-taking the Lead!
For the very first time on this final table, William Thorson has surrendered his chip lead!
Mike Shklover limped in from the button and Graeme Putt completed his small blind before Thorson raised to 30,000 from the big blind. Shklover called and Putt folded, making it heads-up to the flop of , where Thorson led out for 36,000.
Shklover flat called, then made it 80,000 after Thorson checked to him on the turn of the . Thorson looked unsettled, but leaned over to Shklover before asking for a count.
"About a hundred behind," was the reply from Shklover. There was a bit more chatter from Thorson (for which he was warned for by the tournament supervisor) before he threw his hand away.
Thorson is down to 198,000 while Shklover is now out in front with 315,000 in chips.
