Down Goes Brown

Brown has been eliminated
Brown has been eliminated
Andrew "Browndog19" Brown won't be adding this title to his resume as he's just busted out at the hands out Rafi Amit. Brown and Amit got all of the money in preflop and here are the hands.

Amit: {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Brown: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}

The flop came down {Q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} and Amit flopped a straight. The turn was the {Q-Diamonds} and helped Brown stay alive with a draw to a full house. The {K-Hearts} landed on the river though, and Brown was sent to the rail. Amit moved up to 67,000 chips.

Amit has a solid list of performances in Omaha events and should be considered one of the favorite in this event. Back in 2005, Amit won the $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha event at the World Series of Poker for $511,835. The following year, he almost went back-to-back in the very same event, placing fourth for $143,444. He also final tabled the $1,500 Pot Limit Omaha with Rebuys event at the 2006 Series to showoff some more of his Omaha prowess.

In 2007, Amit won his second gold bracelet in the $1,000 Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw Lowball with Rebuys event for $227,005. Later that year, he placed 16th at the WSOP Europe in the 5,000 Pot Limit Omaha event.
