The action started with Michael Kanaan opening to 24,000 from under the gun plus one. Carlos Chang was seated to his left, and raised it up to 58,000. The table folded back around to Kanaan who moved all in for just over 400,000 in chips. Chang quickly made the call and both players tabled their cards.

The following hand, Kanaan moved all in from under the gun and got no callers, taking down the blinds and tabling .
Two hands later, Chang finished off Kanaan eliminating him in 23rd place.
