Action folded to Timothy Cherep on the button, and he raised with a good portion of his stack. The small blind, Dimitrios Mertzanis, raised to 2,800, and after the big blind folded, Cherep stuck his whole small stack in the middle. It was only 2,300 more for Mertzanis to call, and call he did. Cherep looked nervous but was quite pleased to see that his pocket tens were ahead of his opponent's nines. The board ran out
