The short stack, and one of two remaining women in the field, Valerie Gigliotti, has found a much needed double-up at the expense of David Gorr.

Gigliotti held just {Q-Clubs}{7-Hearts} against Gorr's {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs} but spiked a pair on the {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} board.

A few hands later, Gorr opened for 25,000. Gigliotti moved all in from the button with {Q-Hearts} {K-Spades}. Gorr was priced into a call with {Q-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds}. He couldn't overcome Gigliotti's 3-to-1 edge after the board ran out {J-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {5-Hearts} {A-Clubs} {9-Clubs}. Gigliotti's king kicker carried the day. She's up to 62,000.
