Tae Jun Noh rasied the minimum to 80,000 from the button and Van Marcus made the call.

The board of {K-Hearts}{10-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} was checked to the river where Noh bet out the minimum 40,000. Marcus gave it up and Noh collecs a small pot.

Noh Closes the Gap

It took only three heads-up hands for a sizable pot to develop. It was a limped pot, with Van Marcus limping the button and Tae Jun Noh checking the big blind. On a flop of {5-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {8-Spades}, Noh acted first and led out for 50,000. Marcus made the call. When the turn fell {2-Spades}, Noh fired the second barrel for 100,000. That was enough to chase away Marcus.

Hyoung Jin Nam was short and got all in with {K-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds}. He was up against Van Marcus, who tabled... {K-Hearts} {6-Clubs}. The flop came two hearts and a diamond, setting the gallery up for a potential sweat if the turn was red. It wasn't; it was a black jack. Chop it up, and keep waiting...

Nam In Trouble

Hyoung Jin Nam raised to 85,000 from the button before Tae Jun Noh moved all in from the small blind, covering Nam. Van Marcus folded but Nam quickly released his hand. He's now under real pressure as the short stack on the table to overcome the huge blinds.

Limped pots often provide for quite a bit of entertainment and are usually the most dangerous pots for the players involved. What started as a three-way limped pot among Tae Jun Noh, Van Marcus and Hyoung Jin Nam turned quite interesting by the river. All three players checked the {4-Hearts} {6-Hearts} {A-Spades} flop. On the turn {4-Clubs}, Noh bet 40,000. He may have been surprised to be called by both of his opponents.

Noh tried the same bet of 40,000 on the river {3-Clubs}. Marcus raised that bet to 110,000. He elicited a pause for thoughtful reflection by Nam before Nam folded and sent the action back to Noh. Noh tanked for a minute, then showed an ace and folded.

Van Marcus completed from the small blind and Hyoung Jin Nam checked his option in the big blind.

The flop was {Q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} and both players checked. The turn was the {Q-Hearts} and Marcus bet out 55,000 with Nam making the call.

The river brought the {6-Diamonds} and both checked it down.

Marcus revealed {4-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a rivered pair of sixes as Nam threw his head back in disgust and yelled something in Korean as he tabled {5-Clubs}{2-Hearts} for a pair of deuces.
