Both players checked the flop when it came {8-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {8-Diamonds}. On the turn {A-Diamonds}, Comer made a half-pot sized bet that Grospellier check-called. Both players checked through the river {9-Clubs}, with Comer turning over {A-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} for top pair as he did so. That was a winner.

Comer now has about 14,300 while Grospellier has slipped to 8,000.
