Timoshenko Eliminated! Scott Wins Another Race

Timoshenko Crashes Out
Timoshenko Crashes Out
It's been a wild couple of minutes on the Scott/Timoshenko table, and amazingly it has resulted in Timoshenko heading to the exit.

His demise came after Scott raised to 600 from early position and Timoshenko popped it up to 2,200 on the button. Scott then reraised another 5,000 and Timoshenko went into the tank once again.

After several minutes the clock was once again called on Timoshenko who declared that he is all in. It was an additional 17,325 to Scott to make the call and he also went into the tank.

After checking to see if he is allowed to expose a card (he was denied) Scott said to Timoshenko "Do you want me to call Yevgeniy?"

Emad Tahtouh had seen enough of the mind-games and called the clock on Scott -- the second time the clock had been called in the hand! Again with only five seconds left Scott decided to make the call.

Scott: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
Timoshenko: {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}

It was the same race as a few minutes earlier. This time the cards were switched however the result was the same as the {J-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades} board missed Timoshenko to send him crashing out of this tournament!

Scott wins another race to jump to a tournament-leading 60,000 chips!
