Hand #88 - Matthew Konnecke

Wang Jung had the button in Seat 5. Matthew Konnecke moved all in and Dan Sing immediately called.

Sing {A-Clubs} {A-Diamonds}
Konnecke {K-Diamonds} {J-Spades}

The flop came down {10-Spades} {9-Diamonds} {2-Spades} and over came Eric Assadourian to say "Just give us [the Aussies] the queen on the turn. Straight away!" Then, just like that, the {Q-Spades} hit the turn. The river was the meaningless {2-Clubs} and Konnecke doubled up.

Hand #86 - Daniel Craker

Daniel Craker had the button in Seat 1. He called on the button, Matthew Konnecke completed from the small blind and Wang Jung checked in the big blind.

Flop: {A-Spades} {9-Spades} {10-Hearts}

Konnecke and Jung checked. Craker bet 45,000 and took down the pot.

Hand #85 - Daniel Craker

Dan Sing had the button in Seat 8. Daniel Craker raised to 32,000, and Matthew Konnecke re-raised to 97,000 total. Craker made the call, and with 200,000 chips in the pot, the two men went to the flop.

It came {J-Diamonds} {2-Hearts} {6-Clubs}. Craker checked, and Konnecke announced, "Eighty-five," putting out a bet of 85,000 chips. Craker immediately announced that he was all in, and Konnecke folded.

Hand #83 - Matthew Konnecke

Wang Jung had the button in Seat 5. Matthew Konnecke raised to 36,000 and Dan Sing called.

The flop came {3-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {6-Spades}. The turn was the {5-Diamonds} after both players checked.

The river was the {7-Diamonds} and Konnecke checked. Sing bet 45,000 and Konnecke called. Sing held ten high and said "nice call" when Konnecke showed ace high to take the pot.

Hand #82 - Luke Stanford Eliminated in 5th Place ($46,267)

Luke Stanford - 5th Place
Luke Stanford - 5th Place
Matthew Konnecke had the button in Seat 4. Dan Sing raised to 50,000 from under the gun, and Luke Stanford made the call, announcing that he was all in dark for his last 32,000 on the flop.

The dealer spread out {9-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} {K-Clubs}, and Sing quickly made the call.

Sing: {K-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs}
Stanford: {A-Spades} {8-Hearts}

The turn was the {8-Hearts}, giving Stanford a little glimmer of hope. The river {Q-Diamonds}, however, spelled the end for the Kiwi. He is knocked out in 5th place, and will take home NZD$46,267 for his work over the last three days.

Hand #81 - Dan Sing

Daniel Craker had the button in Seat 1. Dan Sing limped in, Daniel Craker limped in, Matthew Konnecke completed in the small blind, and then Wang Jung moved in from the big blind. Sing quickly called and the other two folded.

Jung {A-Hearts} {7-Hearts}
Sing {J-Diamonds} {J-Hearts}

The board ran out {J-Spades} {4-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} {9-Diamonds} and Dan Sing doubled up, taking down the 500,000 chip pot.

Hand #80 - Luke Stanford

Dan Sing had the button in Seat 8. Just after being crippled, Luke Stanford moved all in, and the big stack Wang Jung made the call.

Stanford: {A-Spades} {8-Spades}
Jung: {Q-Hearts} {9-Clubs}

The board ran {A-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {J-Spades} {8-Hearts} {4-Spades}, and another short stack doubled. It's not much consolation for Stanford though, he's still dangerously low on chips, under 100,000.
