The UK's James Rann is coming off a big fourth-place finish in the Aussie Millions Main Event. For that effort he picked up $430,000 - an amount he will be hoping to add to this week at ANZPT Sydney.
We recently watched Rann take down a pot against one player on a 
board. There was around 15,000 already in the middle when we arrived on the turn and at this point Rann and his opponent both checked. On the river, it was checked to Rann who bet 8,500. His opponent went deep into the tank and eventually called.
At showdown, Rann tabled 
for the rivered straight and scooped up the pot.
