On Monday, 13 new tournaments took place in the XL Eclipse Series. It wasn't a day with huge prizes being collected, as "bezfrke" was the biggest winner after shipping the $20,000 Crocodile for $6,450. Still, there were 13 winners who all collected some nice money and were crowned 888poker XL Eclipse Series champions.

Most attention will be on Tuesday night's events on the XL Eclipse Series schedule. 888poker is cooperating with REG (Raising for Effecting Giving) for three events that will collect money for charity:

• 18:00 – SHR (Super High-Roller) Chip-In - $5,200 buy-in
• 18:00 – Mini Chip-In - $215 buy-in
• 20:00 – Turbo Chip-In - $55 buy-in

Chip in for AMF (Against Malaria Foundation)

888poker is hosting three exclusive tournaments where ALL fees will be donated to a worthy cause without impacting the prize pool. Buy-ins will, as usual, make up the guaranteed amount - so 888 will chip in, whilst you cash out!

REG will be 888poker’s partner throughout this project and will help ensure that all funds will be donated towards REG’s Against Malaria Foundation. This special event will include an Eclipse 'Chip in' Super High Roller tournament with a $5,200 buy-in, in addition to $215 Mini and $55 Turbo versions.

During the XL Inferno Series earlier this year, 888poker raised more than $50,000 to donate to REG. Be sure to participate in these great tournaments on Tuesday!

Now, onto Monday's results.

XL Eclipse #107 - $15,000 Lightning 6-Max

Once again, the new day of the series started out with the $15,000 Lightning 6-Max. This time, 125 players registered for this tournament. At the end, Canada's "trickeiries" took the victory and first prize of $4,966.

XL Eclipse #108 - $15,000 Breeze

XL Eclipse #109 - $15,000 Deepstack Swordfish

XL Eclipse #110 - $20,000 Crocodile

The biggest winner on Day 9 was crowned in the XL Eclipse #110 - $20,000 Crocodile. In this tournament, there were 200 players, creating a prize pool of $30,000. This money was divided to the final 27 players, with every finalist getting at least $600.

In the end, "bezfrke" defeated Fernando "fviana2" Viana in the deciding heads-up. He secured himself of the XL title and the first prize of $6,450. The Brazilian runner-up received $4,650 for his result.

XL Eclipse #111 - $15,000 Swordfish

In the regular $15,000 Swordfish, there were 612 players competing for a total prize pool of $16,830. In this tournament, Russia's "crossthervr" snagged the title after seven hours of play. He received a prize of $3,179 while Malta's "MakeMeHold" got $2,306 for second place.

XL Eclipse #112 - $20,000 Monsoon

One of the biggest winners on Day 9 came from the XL Eclipse #112 - $20,000 Monsoon. In this event, Romania's "CoCoMi" got the title and first prize of $4,838. In the final heads-up, he defeated his opponent "Mukonga" from Lithuania who received $3,546 for his runner-up result.

XL Eclipse #113 - $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo

For the lovers of Omaha Hi/Lo, there was the XL Eclipse #113 - $10,000 Omaha Hi/Lo on the schedule. Just 87 players competed for a total prize pool of $13,300. In the end, Canada's "doyleb102" was crowned the winner, receiving the first prize of $3,458.

XL Eclipse #114 - $5,000 Mini Omaha Hi-Lo

XL Eclipse #115 - $10,000 Monday Royal

XL Eclipse #116 - $10,000 Monday Flush

In the XL Eclipse #116 - $10,000 Monday Flush, 544 players competed for a prize pool of $10,880. Brazil's "Chipss182" won the tournament for $2,056 while "ImFromGreece" finished in second place and received $1,507.

XL Eclipse #117 - $15,000 Tornado

Finland's "gifuhorna" was one of the bigger winners on Day 9 after snagging the title in the XL Eclipse #117 - $15,000 Tornado. He defeated his Brazilian opponent "Cavalito_" in the final heads-up and won the first prize of $5,117.

XL Eclipse #118 - $10,000 ShowMe!

XL Eclipse #119 - $3,000 Mini ShowMe!
