150 Players Ready for Day 2 of the 888Live Festival Opening Event
A record field of 783 has been whittled down over the course of four starting flights to just 150 who will each battle it out for a share of a 150,000 guaranteed prizepool later today at the King's Casino in Rozvadov.
After 15 levels, it is Day 1B chip leader Ruben Perez from Spain who leads the way, with 426,500. After him comes Bartosz Szafraniec (407,500) from Poland who topped the chip counts in Day 1A, and German Nadi Yusuf (370,500) who bagged up his chips late last night as the chip leader from Day 1D.
The plan today is simple: Play until there is a winner! Blinds start at 2,500/5,000 with a 500 ante. There is one notable difference to the Day 1 schedule, and it is that the levels are now 40 minutes long instead of 30. Nevertheless we should be in for an exciting day as this event reaches its conclusion.
