Peter Park is an American poker player from Los Angeles, California, best known for winning the $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2024 World Series of Poker for his first bracelet and $240,724 in prize money.
Shortly after his bracelet-winning victory, Park informed PokerNews that he used to play poker full-time, but he found a job in the aviation industry in 2022 that he loves, resulting in live poker tournaments taking a backseat. He does, however, keep his skills sharp in the online poker streets.
According to Park's Hendon Mob profile, he won a $375 No-Limit Hold'em event at the Hustler Casino Player Appreciation Series in January 2019 for $101,181. At the 2019 WSOP, Park went deep in the $1,500 Monster Stack and the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship before bubbling the final table of the $1,700 WSOP Circuit Planet Hollywood Main Event later in the year.
A fourth-place finish in a $1,100 NLHE tournament at the L.A. Poker Classic in February 2022 earned Park $62,740.
At the 2024 WSOP in Las Vegas, Park outlasted more than 2,200 opponents in the $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em event for his first WSOP bracelet and $240,724.
