Biography

Nevan "Yu-Chung" Chang is a Taiwanese poker pro and ambassador for online poker giant Natural8. Since recording his first live poker tournament result in January 2017, Chang has accumulated $700,000 in earnings.

Chang is a prolific player, having racked up 150 live cashes since 2017. If you play in a major live event in Asia, it is likely you will bump into Chang because he simply loves playing in poker tournaments.

Although Chang is yet to experience the joy of helping himself to a six-figure prize, he has several five-figure results on his impressive resume.

In December 2019, Chang won a CTP Championship Series event in Taipei City for $41,204, which was a career-high at the time. Chang has since beaten that prize on three occasions. His 85th place in the 2022 WT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas cam with $41,250, while a fourth-place finish in the APT Taipei Super High Roller earned Chang $47,307.

That sum remained Chang's largest prize for only a week because he took down the APT Taipe Single Day High Roller for $64,153 in early May 2023.

Chang is one half of WinPokerCouple with Hua Wei Lin.
